Though many thought it wouldn’t last, the restaurant continues to delight and satisfy thousands of palates every year. In 2000, following the passing of their mother, Franco was joined by his sister Laura, who took over front-of-house management, bringing with her a lifelong expertise in hospitality since the age of 14.
